1.6. These T&C come into force as soon as You click on the "ACCEPT" button, by doing which You signify to Casinohuone.com that You have read these T&C and accept them. By using any of the Websites You signify that You agree with these T&C.
1.7. You must read these T&C carefully in their entirety before clicking on the "ACCEPT" button. If You do not agree with any provision of these T&C You must not use or continue to use the Websites.
1.8. You fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and as may be amended by us from time to time.
1.9. Any amendments will become effective immediately upon being posted on http://www.Casinohuone.com. It is Your responsibility to review this Agreement, together with the specific Rules for each Game You choose to participate in, in order to remain updated with all amendments each time You play. 1.11. Any reference to Casinohuone.com’s Games in this agreement shall refer to Casino, Poker, Betting and other Games as may from time to time become available on the Website. Casinohuone.com reserves the right to add and remove Games from the Website at its own discretion.
1.12. If you open or attempt to open more than one account, for whatever reason, Casinohuone.com will block or close any or all of your accounts. Should Casinohuone.com decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that you opened with Casinohuone.com, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred.
1.13. These Terms and Conditions are published in a number of languages only for information purposes and ease of access by players. Casinohuone.com and the User agree that in the case of any dispute between the English language version of the Terms and Conditions and versions in any other language, the English language version shall prevail.
2.1. Registration and opening of Your Casinohuone.com account:
2.1.1. In order participate in any of Casinohuone.com’s Games for real money; You must first register with Casinohuone.com , open an account ("Account") and place money into Your Casinohuone.com Account.
2.1.2. Casinohuone.com has the right to appoint Payment Solution Providers to act, receive and/or pay funds on behalf of Casinohuone.com.

If you open or attempt to open more than one account, for whatever reason, Casinohuone.com will have the right block or close any or all of your accounts. 2.1.4. If You notice that You have more than one Casinohuone.com Account under different names, You must notify Casinohuone.com immediately on support@Casinohuone.com .
2.1.5. A request to open a Casinohuone.com Account is made by filling out the registration form and submitting it to Casinohuone.com online. Casinohuone.com reserves the right to refuse to open an account.
2.1.6. You must enter all mandatory information requested into Your registration form, in particular, Your identity, Your address and contact details, including a valid e-mail address, Your place of residence, relevant payment information, all of which must be true and correct. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the information You provide is true, complete and correct and You hereby decorate and warrant to Casinohuone.com that the information provided is true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that Casinohuone.com carries out verification procedures, whether itself or through third parties, and Your Casinohuone.com Account may be blocked or closed if You are found to supply false or misleading information.
2.1.7. As part of the registration process You will have to choose Your username and password for Your login into the Website. It is Your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that Your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose Your login details to anyone. Casinohuone.com is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of Your Casinohuone.com Account by third parties due to Your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of Your login details to any third party.
2.1.8. You are not allowed to transfer funds from Your Member Account to other players or to receive money from other players into Your Member Account.
2.1.9 Your account username and password are issued for your personal use and should be kept private at all times. Your account is for your sole personal use only and provided that we have been correctly supplied with the account information requested, we are entitled to assume that all payment and gaming transactions are made by you. We take no responsibility for any third party access to your account and under no circumstances shall the Operator be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of misuse of your password by any person or for any unauthorised access to your account and all transactions where your user name and password have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid, whether or not authorised by you. 2.2. Deposits into Your Casinohuone.com Account
2.2.1. You may participate in any Game only if You have sufficient funds on Your Casinohuone.com Account for such participation. Casinohuone.com shall not give You any credit whatsoever for participation in any Game.
2.2.2. All information required to deposit funds into Your Casinohuone.com Account, can be found under "CASHIER" and "Deposit" pages of the Website. You can use any of the methods available to You as specified in these pages as may be amended from time to time. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries.
2.2.3. Depending on the method selected, deposits can incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, see "My Account" and "Deposits" for each deposit method. Your bank may independently charge You for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment.
2.2.4. We accept payments made in EUR, SEK, USD, GBP however, the main currency in the Casinohuone.com Account is EURO. Payments received by Casinohuone.com in a currency other than EURO will be converted based on the daily exchange rate and an additional 0.5%. Please note that any exchange premiums are payable by You.
2.2.5. When using bank transfers, credit or debit card for depositing funds, Your funds only clear when Casinohuone.com has received an approval and authorisation code. Should Casinohuone.com not receive such authorisation Your account will not be credited with those funds.
2.2.6. Casinohuone.com reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when effecting deposits into Your Casinohuone.com Account.
2.2.7. Casinohuone.com does not grant any credit for the use of its services.
2.2.8. Credit balances in Your Casinohuone.com Account will not bear interest.
2.3.1. When the outcome of a Game You participate in becomes determined or, where applicable, Casinohuone.com has confirmed the relevant result of an event and settled the markets, all winnings will be held for the use of Your Casinohuone.com Account.
2.3.2. If Casinohuone.com mistakenly credits Your Casinohuone.com Account with winnings or bonuses that do not belong to You, the amount will remain property of Casinohuone.com and the amount will be transferred from Your Casinohuone.com Account. If prior to Casinohuone.com knowing about the error You have withdrawn funds that do not belong to You, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by You to Casinohuone.com. In the event of an incorrect crediting, You are obliged to notify Casinohuone.com immediately by email.
2.3.3. Casinohuone.com will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of EUR2,000 and reserves the right to carry such verification procedures in case of lower payouts.
2.4. Withdrawals from Your Account
2.4.1. You may withdraw any amount up to the Available balance in Your Casinohuone.com account by issuing Casinohuone.com with a valid notice of withdrawal on the Website.
2.4.2. Notices for withdrawals must be made via the Website. Casinohuone.com will not accept withdrawal demands made by telephone or by electronic mail. Employees of Casinohuone.com are not permitted to bypass these instructions.
2.4.3. For Your protection in any twenty four hour period You may only withdraw the maximum amount of Euro 20,000.
2.4.4. Casinohuone.com offers a wide range of withdrawal methods. Withdrawals can incur charges depending on the method selected. In addition, Your own bank may add a further handling charge. These charges may vary over time.
2.4.5. Casinohuone.com will credit You back using the same method as You have previously deposited with.
2.4.6. Casinohuone.com shall request ID for all withdrawals. Additional verification shall be made if your withdrawal exceeds the sum of 2000 euro.
2.4.7 Casinohuone.com mostly adopts a no fee policy for its deposit methods as a courtesy to loyal customers. Players that deposit and withdraw funds using Casinohuone.com as an intermediary for moving money will not be tolerated. Such players will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and will be required to wager the full deposit. Such behavior can be indicative and may be reported to Anti-Money Laundering agencies. This policy is subject to possible change in the future.
2.5 Closing Your Casinohuone.com Account
2.5.1 You may close Your account at any time and Casinohuone.com will return to You any and all funds from Your Casinohuone.com Account subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges.
2.5.2 The method of repayment will be at our absolute discretion.
2.5.3 Casinohuone.com reserves the right to close Your Casinohuone.com Account and to refund to You the Available balance, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Casinohuone.com’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.
2.5.4 Casinohuone.com reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to you if such bonuses have not been used within 6 month from the date when they were awarded.
2.5.5 Dormant & Inactive Accounts
An inactive account is an account that has not been accessed for 12 months, that has a real money balance.
Casinohuone will contact you should your account become inactive. If, after 12 month since last login, we are unable to contact you, Casinohuone will charge a Eur 5.00 per month administrative fee on your account and shall use reasonable efforts to contact you. Once your account becomes dormant, if we have been unable to contact YOU, Casinohuone, in accordance with the applicable law, shall close your account and transfer your remaining account balance to the MGA.
A dormant account is an account that has not been accessed for 30 Months, that has a real money balance. .
If no transaction has been recorded on Your Casinohuone.com Account for thirty (30) months, your account shall be deemed to be a dormant account. Casinohuone.com shall make its best endeavours to remit the balance to You. In default such balance shall be transferred to the Malta Gaming Authority.
The same procedure will be applied in the case of a blocked account.
2.5.6 Upon closure of Your account, contractual obligations already made would still be honoured.
3.1. You hereby declare and warrant that:
3.1.1. You are over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the laws of jurisdiction applicable to You and, under the laws applicable to You, You are allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website.
3.1.2. You will use this Website and your Casinohuone.com Account solely and exclusively for the purpose of Your genuine participating in the Games and not for any financial or other operations, Your participation in the Games will be strictly in Your personal non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment reasons only;

Residents from the aforementioned territories are prohibited from opening an account or in any way use the gaming services offered by Casinohuone.com.
3.1.5. All information that You provide to Casinohuone.com during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and that You shall immediately notify Casinohuone.com of any change of such information;
3.1.6. You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to You under relevant laws for any winnings that You receive from Casinohuone.com;
220.127.116.11 Casinohuone.com does not provide advice to players regarding tax and/or legal matters. Players who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors and/or authorities in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.
3.1.7. All money that You deposit into Your Casinohuone.com Account are not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, do not originate from any illegal activity or source;
3.1.8. You understand that by participating in the Games You take the risk of losing money deposited into Your Casinohuone.com Account.; Casinohuone.com is not a financial institution and accordingly money deposited into your Casinohuone.com Account is not an investment and no interest will accrue thereof.
3.1.9. You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the Games. Casinohuone.com hereby reserves the right to invalidate or close Your Casinohuone.com Account or invalidate Your participation in a Game in the event of such behaviour;
3.1.10. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from Your Casinohuone.com Account, You shall only use credit card and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to You.
3.1.11. The computer software that we make available to You is owned by Casinohuone.com or other third Parties and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may only use the software for Your own personal, recreational uses in accordance with all rules, terms and conditions hereby established and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
3.1.12. Games played the Website should be played in the same manner as games played in any other setting. This means that players should be courteous to each other and avoid rude or obscene comments.
On request, we will close any account for a minimum period of 6 months during which time it will not be possible for the account to be re-opened for any reason. Accounts closed as part of our self-exclusion policy cannot be re-opened for any reason until the self-exclusion time period has expired. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure compliance with our responsible gaming self-exclusion policy. However, you accept that we have no responsibility or liability whatsoever if you continue to deposit and wager using additional not previously disclosed accounts or if you open up a new account with substantially the same personal registration information, albeit inputted into the registration form in a different way. 5.2.1 Casinohuone Poker is an online poker service utilizing, poker software licensed by Microgaming Software Systems Ltd, whereby individuals who are registered with Casinohuone.com play poker against each other and against individuals registered with other online poker operators who operate within the Microgaming Poker Network.
The Microgaming Poker Network is arranged and operated by Prima Poker Ltd. Microgaming's software is, in terms of the Remote Gaming Regulations, subject to a class 4 licence in Malta, which license is held by Erdai Limited, C-38615, a company incorporated and licensed in Malta, and conducting its business and acting fully in compliance with the applicable laws of Malta. Casinohuone.com is licensed by Prima Poker Ltd. to represent, promote and/or market the services of the Casinohuone POKER as part of the Microgaming Poker Network. Casinohuone.com does not accept and acknowledge any liabilities whatsoever for transactions conducted to, from and/or with Casinohuone POKER, except for funds being received, held and/or paid to and/or from a Casinohuone.com Account in conjunction with an arrangement with Casinohuone POKER.
5.2.2 No Bots / Artificial intelligence
- It is forbidden to use any bot software or artificial intelligence by You, weather commercially obtained or privately developed
- Casinohuone will actively look for such software on the players´s machine and by playing at Casinohuone the You consent to this and will not interfere with any of the detection mechanisms;
- Rules apply regardless of whether the bot is actually used in conjunction with the games client.
5.2.3 No Prohibited Software
It is forbidden to use any software which:
- Confers any sort of unfair advantage on the player using it;
- Shares hole cards among players or assists collusion or cheating in any way;
- Utilizes a database of hands or player profiles which is shared between users;
- Reduces or eliminates the need for a human to make decisions (for example, tools which automatically fold specific starting hands);
- Is designed to datamine (i.e gather hands or player profiles from the game client beyond which the player has observed from their own play);
- Provides real-time advice on the action to the during play (including ICM analysis tools);
- Attempts to block any of our fraud and cheating detection mechanisms;
- Casinohuone will actively look for such sotfware on the players’ machines and by playing at Casinohuone You consent to this and will not interfere with any of the detection mechanisms;
- The rules apply regardless of whether the prohibited software is actually used in conjunction with our games client.
5.2.3 No Datamining
- It is forbidden to use datamining, for any purpose including personal or commercial use;
- It is forbidden to use any sort of datamining, weather the data was obtained by the player or by anyone else;
- It is forbidden to share any legitimately gathered data with other players.
5.2.4 No Collusion
- You must always play in your own individual best interest;
- You may not work together with another player to gain an advantage
- You must not soft play against friends – i.e.You must play just as aggressively against somebody You know as You would against unknown opponent utilizing the same strategy;
- You must not chip dump – i.e they must not intentionally lose hands or manipulate the game play in order to transfer funds to any other player;
- You may not share hole card information with any other player;
- You must not play in the same cash game or Sit N Go tournament as any player in which they have a financial interest – i.e You should not play in the same games as anyone with whom You have a staking, swap, profit sharing or bankroll sharing agreement;
- You may not encourage any other player to collude;
- These rules apply whether or not there is any explicit agreement between the players, and whether or not any actual demonstrable harm has been caused to others.
5.2.5 One Account per Player
- You are only allowed to have one account at Casinohuone;
- Under no circumstances should You log into the poker network with more than one account at the same time, even if the accounts are with different operators;
- You must not attempt to bypass any of the restrictions which prevent the creation and / use of multiple accounts.
5.2.6 No Account Sharing
- You must keep your credentials (alias, password, and any other information used to access the player´s account) secret and not reveal them to any other person;
- You may not allow any other person to use your account under any circumstances;
- You may not use any account other than your own.
5.2.7 No Gold Farming
- You must play on your own behalf and in your own best interests;
- Playing on behalf of an employer, sweat shop, gold farm or any form of team or co-operative is strictly prohibited.
5.2.8 No Angleshooting
- Any attempts to gain an unfair advantage over other players, whether specifically prohibited by the rules or not, is not allowed.
5.2.9 No Problem Gamblers
- Anybody with a gambling problem must not sign up for an account or play under any circumstances;
- If a person discovers that they have a gambling problem thereafter, they are required to inform Casinohuone and cease playing on the network immediately.
5.2.10 The Player´s Account Can Be Locked / Closed Without Prior Notice
- Casinohuone can lock and/or permanently close the player´s account at their discretion and without prior notice.
5.2.11 The Funds in the Player´s Account Can Be Seized
- In the event of a violation of the poker rules or Casinohuone terms and conditions, Casinohuone reserves the right to seize all of the funds in the player´s account and to reverse any withdrawals that may be pending.
Casinohuone.com Casino is powered by Net Ent Malta Ltd, Malta, Play n Go Malta Limited. Casinohuone.com Casino is not liable for disputes relating to game play, as Net Ent Malta under its own gaming license and in terms of Maltese law is vested with game play responsibilities.
Casinohuone.com Casino is also powered by Microgaming Networks Ltd. Casinohuone.com Casino is not liable for disputes relating to game play, as Microgaming Networks Ltd under its own gaming license and in terms of Maltese law is vested with game play responsibilities.
Casinohuone.com Betting is a White Label solution powered by EveryMatrix LTD, which are duly registered by the Malta Gaming Authority.
5.5 Chat Rules
- Any games, where a chat feature is provided, it is done so in order to let players interact on the games with other players in collective conversations. Rules are applied to ensure that a pleasant atmosphere is maintained on the network, that no fraudulent activity is facilitated and that players feel part of the community.
- Casinohuone shall not be liable towards any player using the chat functionality for any damage arising from other players conduct. The player shall release from liability and hold Casinohuone harmless against any damage due to the player’s illegal, unlawful or inappropriate conduct or arising out of the violation by the player of the Chat Rules.
- All chat must be in English (except where intentionally allowed in a specified language). In poker games it is not allowed to comment on pots in progress. Chat must not contain disrespectful comments about other players or any comments or expressions that may offend other players. It is not allowed to violate the privacy or other rights of the fellow players. Giving and asking of personal details in chat is prohibited. It is not allowed to use the chat feature to advertise or promote any product, service or offer.
- To report abusive chat please contact Casinohuone support service.
- The chat feature is moderated or monitored by Casinohuone, either automatically, or by human means.
- All the conversations using the chat feature are recorded and stored.
- Collusion through the use of the chat feature or separate chat is prohibited.
- In case of breach of the Chat Rules, Casinohuone will warn the player. If the player does not comply, then such player may be excluded from the chat room. Player may also be excluded with immediate effect and without prior warning for unlimited time in sole decision of Casinohuone.
- Any malicious chat will be reported to the relevant Authority.

Casinohuone reserves the right to limit and/or refuse wagers.
Casinohuone reserves the right to terminate events and/or games.
6.1. You hereby acknowledge and consent to Casinohuone.com’s processing Your personal data for the purposes of allowing You access and use the Website and in order to allow You to participate in Games and to provide ancillary services to You.
6.2. Casinohuone.com is bound by the Data Protection Act, Chapter 440 of the Laws of Malta and shall process your personal data in accordance with the said Act. 6.3. Casinohuone.com will only use Your personal data to allow You to participate in the Games and to carry out operations relevant to Your participation in the Games.
